He recognized the possibilities in AI early, but also its limits. He designs processes where people make the calls and AI does the heavy lifting.

An expert in labour law and HR, Csenge leads sales and client relationships at Andronia. She previously led delivery at a 2M+ dollar agency, where she worked with global brands including Mars, BMW, Nestlé, and Samsung. She brings that same standard to every client relationship: precision, honesty about what AI can and can't do, and a focus on solving the right problem instead of pitching the loudest tool.
AI Law and Compliance Specialist
Áron works on compliance and training at Andronia. He previously worked as a compliance consultant at UniCredit Bank, where he gained hands-on experience in regulatory frameworks and data protection. He brings this expertise to client projects, helping businesses understand AI regulation, navigate GDPR requirements, and adopt AI responsibly.
