Tax-law trained, finance fluent, tech minded. Andras is the builder of the team. He writes the code, ships the integrations, and makes sure every workflow we promise actually runs. He recognized the possibilities in AI early, but also its limits. He designs processes where people make the calls and AI does the heavy lifting.

An expert in labour law and HR, Csenge leads sales and client relationships at Andronia. She previously led delivery at a 2M+ dollar agency, where she worked with global brands including Mars, BMW, Nestlé, and Samsung. She brings that same standard to every client relationship: precision, honesty about what AI can and can't do, and a focus on solving the right problem instead of pitching the loudest tool.

Our story starts with questioning
how things could work better.

We started small. Two people with a clear idea: leadership should feel lighter, not harder. What began as a side pursuit grew into Andronia, a team built on curiosity, precision, and a belief that every challenge can be redesigned into something simple, elegant, and effective.

We came from systems that prized compliance over creativity, where working harder mattered more than working smarter. We decided to do it differently. Because after all, progress was never meant to be a punishment for ambition.

We never believed that struggle makes work noble. Progress doesn’t need pain. It needs clarity, trust, and a bit of rebellion against the way things have always been done.
